Product Support & Operations Engineer

WHAT DO WE NEED?
SPINS Product and Operations team is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and energetic Product Support & Operations Engineer. As a member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for operations and maintenance of SPINS Applications Suite as well as identifying, investigating and resolving top issues. You will work closely with SPINS Product, QA and Engineering groups to deliver our highly targeted, context sensitive data to CPG customers.
This is a regular, full-time position located in our River North, Chicago Headquarters.
