Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors is hiring! We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who wants more than the typical internship experience. As an ANALYTICS TEAM INTERN, you’ll be part of an exciting team tasked with creating valuable resources to serve our clients.

You’ll have a direct impact on the firm as the team evolves, delivering analyses, conducting research, and building out systems and processes to be used across the company. You’ll receive the training and resources to work collaboratively and can expect to be exposed to all levels of the firm- from analyst to partner. Successful interns will have the opportunity to grow in their responsibilities, and they will gain access to a network and experience sure to extend beyond the school year.

This is a paid, part-time position with an expectation of 20 hours/week and based out of our Chicago Loop office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Attend intern onboarding and training sessions
• Collaborate with the valuation and business development teams to analyze and research competitive markets for client deliverables
• Identify demographic trends in markets
• Research comparable transaction data to compliment Blueprint’s valuation strategies
• Help create presentations used for client-facing proposals, marketing collateral, and internal meetings
• Assist in analysis, organization, and modeling of financial data provided by clients

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Located in the Chicago area
• Sophomore or Junior Undergraduate
• Minimum 3.2 GPA
• Availability to commit 20 hours each week in the office
• Organized and strong attention to detail
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Positive attitude and a team player
