Description

The Asset Management Analyst will be the front-line in hardware asset control.  The Asset Management Analyst will provide control solutions used to protect hardware assets throughout all stages of their life cycle.   This role ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review from acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Oversight of replenishment strategies across multiple locations
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Excellent hands-on hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to conduct research into hardware as required
• Certifications such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Manager (CHAMP) is a plus

During the last three months, you would have:

• Developed and executed replenishment strategies across multiple locations
• Conducted physical inventories and lead cycle counts
• Analyzed and, when able, corrected cycle count discrepancies
• Audited incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy
• Compiled and documented all transactions for data entry to asset management system
• Provided input into hardware decisions and budgeting
• Owned the entire process of hardware ordering/shipment/delivery for remote new hires and provided guidance and support around those deployments
• Coordinated the refresh of laptops and mobile devices to employees on premises, as well as remote employees, and provided assistance transitioning to their refreshed devices
