Who We’re Looking For
For the Associate Analyst position, we’re looking for someone who can streamline data loading processes, resolve data quality issues, help develop data management standards. - Subject matter expert for the Kalderos data lifecycle.
- Facilitates continuous improvement, consistently assessing data quality as Kalderos obtains data from hospital systems, pharmacies, and other related entities
- Collaborates with data management peers, analyzing data collected, and streamline data load processes.
- Helps document new Kalderos articles to address users’ frequently asked questions, including new processes.
General Experience Guidelines
We know your experience extends beyond what you have on paper. The following is a guideline of general experience we’re looking for in this role:
- 1 year of experience analyzing commercial healthcare claims data for integrity and consistency, developing data management solutions
- High degree of proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of SQL queries and Python
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a business-related field
Set Yourself Apart
6-12 months of experience loading, scrubbing ,and analyzing large data sets; specific familiarity with Medicaid or pharmaceutical claims data is nice to have.
