The Associate Strategist will dive deep into research and learn the strategy practice from the ground up
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THRE AGENCY
You should have an inquisitive mind and ability to pull insights from a variety of inputs. You should be passionate about understanding consumer mindsets and motivations. Your day-to-day will be supporting a strategy team with research, analytics analysis, insights generation, and supporting the brief-writing process.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the VP, Strategy & Experience and other strategists on accounts by conducting research, analyzing data to generate insights, and staying plugged into the latest and greatest in branded activations and promotions
- Utilizing existing data/research platforms to support our partnerships team with industry trends across a wide spectrum of client partners (entertainment, travel, sports, food, retail, etc)
- Learning and executing research studies or consumer surveys as well as analyzing the results
- Competitive research and analysis
- Working closely with analytics team members to pull relevant stats and data
- Assisting with creative briefs and inter-team coordination
Desired Skills & Experience
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- 1-2 years in digital marketing
- Agency experience desired but not required
- Comfort with using tools such as MRI/Simmons, Iconoculture, Warc, eMarketer, etc
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team and within the strategy practice
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Unafraid to dive into new platforms and acquire new knowledge
