Position Overview:

This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of a growing division of Fooda, Cafeteria Replacement. As the Business Analyst & Consultant, you will work with Operations Management, Finance, Market leaders, and the Cafeteria Replacement Implementation team to provide accurate, actionable data that can drive improved operational performance and develop processes that drives operating efficiencies for Cafeteria Replacement locations nationwide.

Who You Are:

  • B.S. in appropriate field of study
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in business analytics or a related field
  • You have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • You have the ability to lead with Change Management, influencing team members by managing up and down, and who do not report into you
  • You are optimistic in the face of problems and you’re capable of finding solutions quickly and effectively
  • You have a high level of attention to accuracy and detail
  • You are a self-starter, risk taker and an abstract thinker
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Experience with SAP Financial preferred
  • Food Service Operations knowledge preferred but not required

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Responsible for supporting the growth and profitability of our Café Replacement business through the creation of detailed proformas for our locations and the ongoing analysis of locations performance against those proformas
  • Responsible for auditing a location’s operations to determine opportunities for improving operational and financial performance, including purchasing of retail products and supplies used in each operation, labor efficiencies
  • Implementing process change or creating adoption of process or procedures developed to drive operating efficiency of our locations
  • Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed to include executive summaries
  • Presenting trends and recommendations to Management Team
  • Responsible for other duties that are assigned
  • Position will report to the VP of Café Replacement
