Silverwork is the future of mortgage automation, and we are looking for Business Analysts to collaborate with our team of BOT experts and product analysts.

What you’ll be doing:


As a Business Analyst I, we will equip you with the tools and knowledge to become mortgage subject matter experts, focusing on industry specific concepts and terminology. Working as part of a cross-functional team, you’ll help translate business requirements from both internal stakeholders and external clients into intelligent automation solutions. You will support other Business Analysts, including managing client communication, gathering requirements, and handling client requests. You’ll also help facilitate the agile cycles for your client support team by helping to prioritize and plan the product backlog and assist in coordinating scrum processes.


As you become a mortgage subject matter expert, you will be enabled to easily translate industry specific concepts and terminology and provide important feedback to help improve the Silverwork product offering. In this role, you’ll be an essential member of the team and have the opportunity to further establish your business analysis/product management skills and advance within our product management group.

What you bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Approximately 1-2 or more years of business analyst or product manager experience (We’d love if you have experience with the mortgage industry, but it’s okay if you don’t.)
  • Availability to commute into our River North office a few days a week as needed
  • Eagerness to gain familiarity with software development cycles
  • Project management experience 
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, from client to CEO
  • A desire to be a thought leader for your team and the company
  • A curious mind and excitement for learning
  • Solid critical thinking and problems solving skills
  • Ability to achieve results through working collaboratively with others
  • Agile and scrum process experience a plus
