Rally Health is hiring a Business Process Lead who will manage corporate operational processes and lead business process optimization across Rally. You will guide tangible results by demonstrating measurable improvements to quality, effectiveness, and cost reduction. As part of the Business Operations team, you will report to the Business Operations Lead and partner with important groups across Rally.

You Will:

• Run organizational planning and business rhythm processes with other teams to develop vision and goals to create meaningful/tangible results.
• Implement new projects with important partners from development to launch.
• Manage centralized repository of essential processes and improve processes to minimize complexities and improve to promote enhanced operations.
• Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks. Develop scalable solutions, manage risks across the organization and develop best practices to benefit us.
• Collect data to identify the cause of problems, measure performance against process requirements and align improvement to performance shortfalls.

You Have:

• 7+ years of operational experience.
• Experience with direct interaction with leadership and leading change projects.
• Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.
• Experience driving project plans and creating solutions to meet our needs.
