Peapod Digital Labs offers a complete experience for ambitious and curious students, who are interested in growing professionally and developing their skills to become the next generation of product leaders.
Our Co-op program is designed to provide hands-on, practical experiences while working alongside some of our industry’s smartest teams. They will work in close collaboration with insights leads to think about new way of bringing consumer insights at scale to business users to help our end users to enjoy their experience with our services and products.
As a co-op, you will be challenged and offered the opportunity to make an impact across the business and be involved in the company’s most critical business decisions through consumer insights.

Recipe for Success - What's “in store” for the role

• Consumer Insights: A Co-op on the Consumer Insights team within PDL would join one of our existing insights teams and work on one of these initiatives:
  
  • Foundational Consumer Insights (role will focus on Net Promoter System) - net promoter is one of the most important and most used metrics for brands to measure their experience by comparing to others and deep dive analyses to determine what drivers detraction and promotion. This practice will inform product roadmaps for digital and physical experience. You will help PDL develop hypotheses and find new data, new ways of looking at the data in partnership with advanced analytics to provide our core business users what they need to know.
  • Brand Insights - We are now in an era where there are many thought leaders and aggregators in the insights space including our own data. Brand Insights Consultants are instrumental to consolidating and synthesizing across these multiple sources to help our retail brands interpret and use these inputs in a more efficient way. By comparing and consolidating you will help us discover new insights, remind them of insights they may have forgotten and create insights support that is tailored to their brand’s specific strategic needs.

• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with primary, secondary and syndicated research and aggregators.
• Ability to drive insights with a team of world-class insights and data analytic professionals.
• Ability to integrate diverse information into decisions, including usability studies, research and market analysis to enhance user satisfaction
• Understanding of how to define and analyze metrics that inform strategies.
• Ability to communicate with multiple representatives and stakeholders across various functions of the business
• Team player who thrives in a continually changing environment
• Inherently driven by data to identify and pursue opportunities to improve the thought leadership we provide to the organization.
