We’re looking for a data driven self-starter to join our team as a Corporate Strategy Analyst. In this role, you’ll assist in driving the strategic growth of Optiver’s presence in various financial markets while also supporting the core functions of our Corporate Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, an understanding of the trading industry, and global banking & finance knowledge. 

What you’ll do:

• Liaise and partner with Trading and Technology Teams to prioritize and execute strategic projects
• Build and manage relationships with senior leaders to support the growth of our London and US entities
• Communicate effectively with senior staff at external partner firms
• Assist with the management of our CRM system; providing periodic reports to Corporate Strategy and leadership teams
• Support existing exchange, clearing, and prime brokerage relationships
• Research and advise on creative direction for marketing campaigns across various platforms (brochures, presentations, email, social media, etc.)
• Conduct competitive analyses on current marketing, media, and social trends within financial services 
• Track market structure changes & developments; communicate relevant & pertinent information to our leadership team in a clear and effective way

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a similar field
• Proficiency in synthesizing information and articulating complex concepts, ideas, and processes
• Knowledge of financial services space across macro product classes
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing integration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Data-driven focus and strong analytical skills
• Concise and polished communicator with strong follow-through
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
