The Rally Customer Success Analyst supports the Customer Success team in managing day-to-day service delivery for Rally members, clients and partners. This role works with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to ensure raised member and client concerns are addressed. The Customer Success Analyst partners with Rally’s Client Management teams to ensure complex platform issues are well understood and appropriately communicated based on audience, and may be called on to directly collaborate with clients in order to assist with messaging around complex concepts and issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages day-to-day service delivery for Rally clients, primarily focused on member and client issue resolution via support ticketing system
  • Partners with cross-functional Rally teams to quickly address client needs
  • Uses all available tools and resources to address member and client concerns as quickly as possible
  • Cultivates deep understanding of Rally platform in order to quickly prioritize and identify systemic issues and respond appropriately
  • Operates in a team setting, but also has ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment while managing workload and communicating with internal and external partners
  • Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year customer service or software QA experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on requirements interpretation
  • Business minded with strong client engagement skills
  • Salesforce experience preferred but not required
  • BS/BA degree in related field or healthcare SaaS experience strongly preferred
