What we need
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Product Team. This person will be responsible for reporting, data analysis, advising, and developing new ways to visualize information. Expertise in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Report Builder are necessary for this role. This position is a valuable part of meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients.
A day in the life:

  • Report to the Legal Product Manager to deliver custom analytic requests for internal and external clients.
  • Collaborate with product managers and/or clients to deliver report which meets client needs.
  • Work closely with Product teams to measure usage of features, delivering dashboards which visualize usage of features to guide strategy.
  • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development and business strategies.
  • Advise Product and Development on data structure for new metrics.
  • Ideate new ways to visualize information to derive insights for legal clients.


What you bring

  • Fluency with SQL.
  • 5 years experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Report Builder.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for delivering value to clients and prioritizing their needs.
  • Experience working on open ended custom analytic requests.
  • Experience building and implementing predictive models.
  • Drive to find answers, motivation to learn, and adaptive to changing business needs.
  • Enjoy being in the data and finding value/insight.
  • Dedication and perseverance to overcome data, analytical, and/or technical challenges.
  • Knowledge of accounting basics (ie. debits/ credit) is a plus.
  • Must be a US citizen
