What you will be doing:

As a Data Analyst, you will work in a client facing role to improve and scale data analysis and processing capabilities. Your work will enable the insights provided to hospitals through Lumere’s software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Systematically connect disparate data sets
• Develop and monitor metrics related to customer data and Lumere data sets
• Take initiative to generate and test algorithms for insights driven from data
• Collaborate with ETL engineering teams to automate processes for consistent and efficient analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or similar
• 1+ years professional background in mathematics, statistics, engineering, and/or informatics
• High degree of competence and comfort using MS Excel and basic familiarity with SQL is preferred
• Familiarity with data science tools, like python or R, is a plus
• Experience working with large data sets 
• Familiarity with healthcare data a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• A demonstrated track record of accomplishing goals, meeting deadlines, and holding yourself and others to a high standard
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to present solutions with both technical and non-technical arguments
