Are rules, rules because they make sense when it’s time to get the work done? The Black Sheep is looking for someone  to oversee our Secret Shopper program, and you’re perfect for this job.

Tasks:

• Manage students performing secret shopper activities.
• Outline goals, deadlines and expectations for monthly secret shopper reports at markets nationwide.
• Problem solve day-of secret shopper occurrences in real time.
• Confirm data received by outlined deadlines.
• Deliver data to internal team for analysis and compilation by deadline.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent detail orientation.
• Deadline-driven mindset.
• Chicago residency is mandatory so as to be able to work in our Chicago offices. This is not a remote position.
