Reporting to the Content Manager, you will be assisting in the overall management of receiving, updating and completing requests that are submitted by OrderUp and Groupon to Go clients. Joining a fast growing team and exciting company, you will be responsible for creating an open and organized communication between our restaurant partners and site owner to ensure that all submitted work is completed on time and accurately.

We are looking for someone who likes to work independently and is highly organized. You thrive working in a fast paced environment and can adapt to shifting priorities. You are extremely detail oriented and you love tackling a challenge.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain and update promotions including Item Level Deals, Coupon Codes, Newbie Codes

  • Complete menu and settings update requests from merchants and sales reps in our menu management software.

  • Process requests from OrderUp & Groupon to Go sales reps for onboarding of new merchants

    • Perform pre-load check on all requests to confirm all required data is included in requests

    • Enter data from onboarding requests in menu management software and build out online ordering menus

    • Communicate missing or unclear information to the sales reps

    • Completion activation of all new merchants after onboarding and menu building is completed

    • Contact merchants by phone to schedule activation date and confirm account information prior to activation

    • Perform test orders to merchants and complete activation

  • Attend and participate in a weekly team meeting

  • Complete special projects as assigned by the Content Manager

  • Take responsibility for all assigned work, ensuring it is completed on time, fully, and accurately

Requirements:

  • 6 months in your current position

  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Typing speed at least 60 wpm

  • Computer literate with daily use of Chrome and Gmail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Schedule: You will be assigned an 8 hour shift between 10:00AM - 11:00PM CST, Monday - Friday and be required to work at least one rotating weekend a month. The OrderUp channel is open 365 days a year and candidates must be willing to work holidays.
