Job Description

Epsilon is seeking a Data Partnerships Associate to join our growing, close-knit Data Partnerships team. Our experts work to ensure that Epsilon is leading the industry in execution and value realization for our clients through data set acquisition, strategy, and analysis. In this role, you will work proactively to expand our data provider partnerships across a variety of industry verticals through targeted identification and extensive research. Through your work, you will get the opportunity to build your career alongside our experienced associates, while also gaining an in-depth understanding of our organization and ecosystem at large.

As a participant in the New Grad Program, you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career with Epsilon. The year-long program includes an 8-week training curriculum (both professional and job specific training), a formal mentoring partnership, various networking opportunities (speed networking events, leader meet & greets, group lunches and social events), and long-term career guidance.

Responsibilities May Include (All or Some) Tasks Below:

  • Proactively research new data providers and new data sets throughout the digital marketing landscape
  • Create well-organized project schedules and oversee project production in conjunction with internal team
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal team and other stakeholders in an accessible, easily digestible manner
  • Work closely with implementation team to ensure smooth and cohesive data onboarding processes
  • Undertake regular provider audits to ensure efficient and effective operation
  • Assist senior associates in preparing various client-facing materials and presentations
  • Take regular meeting notes to distribute memos, reports, and documentation to the internal team
  • Keep abreast of continuous changes in the marketing data ecosystem relating to privacy (i.e. cookie deprecation, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a business, sales, marketing, or equivalent concentration
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong end-to-end project management and research skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Outstanding relationship building skills, in order to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Ability to work as a self-starter, creating opportunity from complexity and consistently taking initiative
  • Ability to present data and analysis in a concise manner with findings, synthesis, and recommendations
