Brad’s Deals is looking for an experienced data scientist to join our team. We are looking for a person that knows what it means to be part of a data driven organization and is passionate about using data to develop better products and services.  The right person to join our data team is someone with a strong focus and passion for data solutions and an agile approach to getting the job done.

Responsibilities:

• Develop recommender systems based on behavioral data
• Develop and test predictive models
• Work with data, web and mobile developers to implement and verify solutions

Requirements:

• Strong background in statistical modeling
• Experience implementing personalized and non-personalized recommender systems
• User clustering and behavioral segmentation experience
• Ability to collaborate across business and engineering teams to implement effective business solutions
• Strong desire to learn and unwavering work ethic

Bonuses:

• Experience with media or retail business environments
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
