Responsibilities:
This position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following activities and duties: 

  • Strong understanding of driving eCommerce traffic and revenue
  • Accountable for overall Best of Seven website productivity, in collaboration with the website developer, as well as the conversion funnel to consistently drive conversions and sales
  • Creates and manages budget(s) for agency and vendor partners and digital marketing initiatives
  • Builds and executes digital ad strategies across all mediums: Google, Social, CPC/Display, etc. 
  • Oversees the conversion funnel and able to develop digital strategies to connect with customers at every point of the funnel
  • Reviews paid digital marketing assets and paid social media campaigns to ensure productivity and provide analysis in real-time to inform marketing campaigns
  • Measures ROI and KPIs to make necessary digital strategy adjustments as needed
  • Develops the digital marketing strategy and calendar for all initiatives, including SEO, site performance and optimization, paid social media integration and paid digital marketing  
  • Monitor and assess our competitors’ digital strategies and provide suggestions to the team 
  • Strong desire to stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ of experience in eCommerce and/or digital marketing
  • Advanced proficiency on Mac with knowledge of Google Apps especially Google Analytics, FB business manager, Shopify or similar e-commerce platform(s), and Klayvio or similar e-marketing platform(s).
  • Expert level in digital advertising strategies and execution including paid search, CPC, and paid social media advertising
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
  • Proven time management, project management, and organizational skills
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills with an ability to interpret feedback
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and external business partners
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action
  • Comfortable working onsite in downtown Chicago office location (as the city’s Covid regulations allow)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

In the final stages of the interview process, a relevant project will be requested of the candidate to showcase their expertise in the digital marketing arena.
