The Enterprise Sales Analyst reports to the Manager of Analytics & Strategy.  This individual is responsible for working directly with the Enterprise Sales team to ensure sales reps and leaders have clear insight into performance vs. goals, to set Enterprise Sales account targets across multiple products, and provide custom ad hoc reporting to the sales teams.  This individual is also responsible for leading several key cross-functional initiatives so communication is critical to this person’s success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain sales analytics/reporting related to Enterprise sales manager incentive plans and pacing to goal

  • Manage and facilitate Enterprise Sales rep target setting process in conjunction with Finance and Sales leaders

  • Gather requirements from Enterprise Sales team and design/create custom sales reports to meet sales management business objectives

  • Perform ad hoc data requests for sales team as needed

  • Partner with Sales Training and Sales Management to develop comprehensive training for the Enterprise Sales team.

  • Track/manage any Enterprise Sales specific promotional contests

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in business operations and/or analytical functions

  • BA/BS is required - preferably in Operations, Business, Economics, or similar

  • Experience with advanced Excel functions, SQL, and major reporting tools such as Tableau, Microstrategy, Cognos, Business Objects, or a cool open source equivalent

  • Track record of creative problem solving, data manipulation and strategic thinking

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and across teams

  • Demonstrated record of success in executing key operational processes

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
