Executive Strategy Analyst
GoHealth is looking for an Executive Strategy Analyst to join our Executive Strategy Leadership Development program: a holistic, development-focused experience with our internal strategy team that provides recent college graduates the exposure and training needed to succeed at the next level. Analysts will work across our four business units (Marketing, Sales, Retention, and Strategic Partnerships) to help guide the company’s long-term corporate strategy through a yearlong rotational program. Rotations will last three months each, with a focus on using analytics and business insights to identify high-impact strategic opportunities and determine the optimal approach to capture them. Contingent on successful completion of the program, each Analyst will receive a promotion to Senior Analyst within a specific business unit, based on performance, preference, and fit.

Responsibilities:
- Support business leaders with end-to-end work streams, from strategic assessment through proposal creation, internal approval, negotiation, execution, and ongoing management
- Use analytics and modeling to provide innovative ideas that keep GoHealth at the forefront of industry analytics and data-based decision-making to optimize our financial, operational and growth objectives set forth by leadership
- Create new processes that support business units by decreasing costs, increasing efficiency, and reducing cycle time
- Draft and iterate short- and long-term strategy proposals for the company
- Create and deliver presentations that visually demonstrate significant business insights and provide Executives with updates on key company developments
Skills and Experience:
- BA or BS degree with an understanding the foundation business concepts (e.g., EBITDA, market segmentation) and the primary KPIs/levers associated with each
- Prior internship experience in consulting, investment banking or other strategic position
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking capabilities with a passion for providing innovative and impactful insights through modeling and data analysis
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to drive forward impactful changes
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
- Familiarity with statistical/modeling packages and visualization programs
- Willingness to learn by doing and through working closely with others to develop skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL is a nice to have
