We are looking for a passionate Implementation Analyst to efficiently deliver our SaaS customers, who range in size from small independent distributors to multi-national enterprise manufacturers. Our goal is to deliver the best data analytics tool in the industry, your goal will be to ensure customers receive the best experience possible during data implementation.

Key Responsibilities of the Implementation Analyst:
- Efficiently implement and maintain customer database extractions
- Onboard new customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete tasks/tickets/requests accurately and within a timely manner to fulfil client needs
- Quickly and clearly investigate data anomalies leading to root cause analysis of given scenarios
- Identify and recommend solutions that benefit all involved
Skills & Experience Required:
- Degree preferred
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills are essential, to include written and verbal, this role does have customer facing expectations once trained.
- MS SQL Server is a must
- Implementing, supporting or maintaining SaaS clients
- Excellent relational database knowledge including; data accuracy, data housekeeping, data mapping, data verification, build documentation
- A customer focused approach
- Communicate technical solutions, in plain English, to non-technical people as part of the project or delivery team
