Information Change Management Analyst:
Primary Function:
The Information Change Management Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day activities on the Information Change Management team. This team determines and coordinates the notification of various departments when information (data, copy, product images, search terms, etc.) needs to change in our system. The ICM team(s) is responsible for collecting, documenting and reacting to internal and external feedback and/or managing category review implementation change management work. ICM focuses on facilitating data quality and customer experience improvements via improved product information management. Analyst duties include day-to-day activities, maintaining knowledge of the overall ICM process, identifying opportunities to improve reporting and processes within department, executing projects within given deadlines.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate information change management processes
- Resource for multiple information change activities, including submitting and addressing feedback
- Collect, document and react to internal and external feedback
- Determine if feedback or CR plan work needs to be escalated
- Partner with MSM departments
- Facilitate Category Review Implementation Plans
- Review requests to change information on the website – determine if valid, complete and which downstream departments needs to be notified as a result of the change request
- Provide department reports on a weekly and quarterly basis
Preferred Education & Experience:
- 1-3 years previous Merchandising, eCommerce and/or product lifecycle experience
- Adaptability

Other:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, JIRA, Domo, and Google Applications.
- Previous experience working with onsite campaigns/processes/schedules
- Previous experience working with web content – images, copy, on-site search, etc
