Overview:
The Internet Marketing Consultant - Analytics Implementation is responsible for implementing and optimizing digital analytics technologies for tag management, web analytics, call tracking, A/B/N website testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to develop effective digital performance measurement frameworks to assist with understanding website audiences, enhacing digital user experiences (UX), and optimizing marketing spend.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with the members of the Rise Interactive team to understand client projects
- Audit existing web analytics implementations and identify areas of improvement
- Optimizing existing web analytics configuration aligned with key business metrics/goals
- Develop plans and implement digital analytics and marketing measurement tools
- Implement and configure web analytics platforms to measure performance metrics
- Implement campaign measurement, A/B/N testing and other digital measurement tags
- QA web analytics and tags for campaign performance and experience measurement
- Develop reports, ad-hoc analysis and dashboards to measure key performance metrics
- Comply with and provide insights to improve Rise's analytics implementation processes
- Assist with developing project proposals, SOWs, timelines, and budgets
- Develop integrated solutions design bridging Key Business Requirements, Metrics/KPIs, Administrative customizations and Technical components
- Expertise in JavaScript (JS), HTML, and CSS
- Experience implementing and customizing Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (aka Omniture Site Catalyst), or other web analytics software
- Experience implementing one or more Tag Mangaement Systems such as Google Tag Manager, Signal, Tealium, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Enisghten, or other such tools
- Experience with debugging javascript and using debugger tools such as Fiddler, Charles, Chrome Developer Tools, Google Tag Assistant, Adobe Analytics debugger, Ghostery, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of onine marketing including PPC, SEO, display, social, etc.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to enable analytics platforms to measure business requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a rapidly growing, fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, attention to detail and natural curiosity a must
Desired Skills
- Web analytics certification or other training a plus
- Advanced MS Excel skills a huge plus
- Experience with data APIs and database systems, data modeling and ETL tools a plus
- Experience implementing A/B/N testing (Optimizely, Adobe Target, or similar tools) and other marketing tags (campaign view through and click through tagging)
- Experience integrating web analytics metrics and dimensions with marketing automation and CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.) a huge plus
- Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, Python, Java, Ruby, C++ a plus
