Job Description Summary

The Training Analyst is a highly technical position that supports the use of digital learning technology. In this role, the successful Training Analyst will need significant experience performing the daily tasks of maintaining and coordinating CCC's Learning Management System. Together with managing the LMS platform's day-to-day operations, plans for upgrades, and explores possibilities for future automation and integration of the LMS with other enabling technologies. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining LMS solutions to support key strategic and operational initiatives and support client implementations. Working collaboratively with technical teams, peers, and business stakeholders to ensure end-user needs for LMS solutions are met. This position will also create and run reports, partner with our internal analytics staff to understand data trends, manage user permissions, and troubleshoot system and course issues.

Job Duties

  • Serve as LMS subject matter expert and liaison with LMS vendor.
  • Assists in the review, testing, and implementation of LMS courses.
  • Ensures functionality of LMS content and troubleshoots as necessary.
  • Works with Managers, Director, and other Stakeholders to identify and refresh the course. asset library and manages the tracking of course revisions and history.
  • Provides reporting and analysis based on the performance of programs, content, users, and execution for the training team's business requirements, initiatives, and strategies.
  • Assists with publishing, updating, and archiving assets to maintain the current Knowledge Base library.
  • Define user roles, creating learning courses, building custom certification, providing personal feedback for the learners.
  • Maintain data integrity and partners with Information Technology to maintain system functionality, implement technical enhancements or upgrades to the LMS system, and supporting processes.
  • Accountable for the maintenance of the employee and client portal.
  • Consult with other teams to implement the best learning practices.
  • Monitoring training content development activities.
  • Manages projects and initiatives.
  • Builds and cultivates strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • B.A./B.S. degree required
  • Minimum 4 years training experience, of which 2 years includes software product training required
  • Demonstrated experience with more than one LMS, required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint Teams).
  • Able to interact well with all levels of management
  • Extensive experience with presentation, course authoring software
  • HTML, XML and SCORM knowledge, a plus.
  • Insurance industry experience a plus
  • Experience delivering or developing training content, a plus.
