Rise Interactive (http://www.riseinteractive.com), a rapidly growing full service interactive advertising agency, is looking to hire a Manager, Analytics Enablement. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual contributor that is excited about joining and contributing professionally to an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 500 client base.

 

Summary and Scope:

 

The Manager -Enablement is a highly qualified professional with experience optimizing digital data across the customer journey as well as leading projects from platform enablement to business insights. The position supports delivering on holistic and strategic analytics solutions for clients, with a primary focus on User Experience Analytics encompassing web and mobile app analytics , website redesigns, media planning and forecasting , A/B/n testing , onsite personalization, email management and marketing automation. This supports Rise’s vision of helping our clients make smarter marketing investments by leveraging data. They will execute strategic, practical, and competitive outputs for our clients across analytics practices growing themselves to be strategic advisors to clients 

Responsibilities:

  • Design platform enablement solutions & provide optimization recommendations that drive results on client marketing campaigns & objectives
  • Understand the function of different client data sources and develop an approach for data synthesis and analysis
  • Analyze media performance and CRM data (key traffic and revenue metrics including CTR, conversion rates, incremental revenue, CLV etc.) and drive insights and optimizations for continuous improvement
  • Partner with internal and client stakeholders to build, manage and maintain CRO , website and app redesigns projects and email/marketing automation programs focused on actionable results
  • Collaborate with the business insights and solutions engineering team to develop forecasting models , lead scoring models and build data systems integrations for advanced analytics
  • Manage and foster client relationships by acting as a strategic advisor to the client using a keen understanding of the client’s business and marketing analytics objectives
  • Participate in client presentations and present deliverables providing key insights, technical and subject matter expertise
  • Mentor team members to help them improve their understanding of the industry, the User Experience Analytics landscape and develop case studies and marketing collateral for internal and external education
  • Work with the internal UX Analytics & Solutions Engineering teams by helping them apply our thought leadership
  • Make recommendations to develop and optimize processes across service lines to drive efficiencies and deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.
  • Implement and optimize digital analytics technologies for tag management, web analytics, call tracking, A/B/N website testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO), Email Service Providers and Marketing Automation platforms to develop effective digital performance measurement frameworks and assist with understanding website audiences, enhancing digital user experiences (UX), and journey mapping. Technical expertise is key for this role.
  • Exhibit strong problem solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment, prioritize work, analyze interdependencies and deliver against deadlines

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in marketing analytics, information management, computer science, digital marketing or related field required
  • 3+ years digital marketing experience with demonstrated success in web analytics, conversion rate optimization and digital media from strategy to execution and ongoing management
  • 2+ years of functional expertise of JavaScript (JS), HTML,CSS
  • 3+ years of advanced data crunching and visualization experience with expertise in MS Excel skills, Google Data Studio , Tableau etc. and MS Powerpoint
  • Functional and technical expertise of web analytics, CRO (conversion rate optimization), Email, Marketing Automation and Tag Management platforms
    • 2+ years of experience in designing and programming A/B tests across platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target etc.) and behavioral research (Mouseflow, Hotjar etc.) tools
    • 3+ years of experience implementing and analyzing data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and other Digital Media platforms like Google Adwords , Doubleclick Manager , DS3, Facebook Analytics , Linkedin Analytics
    • Hands on experience with configuring and analyzing Email insights from Email Service Providers like Salesforce Marketing Cloud , IBM Watson
  • Demonstrated ability to enable analytics platforms to measure business requirements
  • Strong knowledge of SAS/SQL and other advanced statistical analytics models
  • Results-driven and a self-starter with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Must have desire to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
