Manager, Analytics
GoHealth is looking for a Manager to join its Operational Analytics team. You will lead and empower a team that uses a combination of business and analytics to provide executive leadership with relevant insights to promote data based decisions to maximize company-wide value. You will respond to the live needs of the business, and help answer questions as they arise. Because of the dynamic nature of the Operational Analytics team, and this role in particular, we are excited by candidates with the ability to obtain insights from a variety of business contexts. You will report to the VP of Advance Analytics.

Responsibilities:
- Understand GoHealth’s business processes, including the role each department plays in supporting the company’s ultimate goals
- Work with leaders to understand important value drivers and challenges within their business unites and determine the important metrics and insights that can help improve performance as a result.
- Manage a team of analysts who build projects for partners
- Work with partners to understand priorities in a shifting environment
- Provide creative insights to business leaders through a combination of descriptive and diagnostic analytics
- Test hypotheses across departments using measurable, statistically methods to evaluate best performing strategies
- Collect and evaluate data to track project performance and important developments
Skills & Experience:
- BS or BA degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, marketing analytics, MIS, computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of related experience in an analytical role guiding strategic decisions using data and analytics.
- 1+ years of experience managing and empowering a team and projects.
- Take insights and turn them into applicable steps that can create value.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
- Experience writing complex concepts with varying degrees of logical understanding.
- Desire to improve data analysis and data visualization skills.
- SQL, Python, and Tableau skills.
