We are hiring for two manager roles within Reporting and Analytics: 

Manager, Analytics & Systems

This position will partner across the Pricing Execution, Sales Support, and Sourcing (PSS) organization to identify, prioritize, and execute on opportunities for advanced analytics, reporting, and data systems and/or tools to enable enhanced decision making and outcomes for the division including additional revenue capture, margin growth, reduced process cycle time, process error reduction, and other value-add performance improvements.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • This position leads a team of analysts responsible for designing, developing, leveraging, and enhancing the critical analytical systems and tools of the PSS organization.
  • Partners with other PSS leaders to identify and structure business problems in need of high-level analysis/systems.
  • Identifies opportunities to systematize analytical methods and tools and leads initiatives to scale benefits across the organization.
  • Facilitates an analytical environment and fosters data accessibility by leading team to develop self-service reporting and analytics tools for PSS teams
  • Partners with leaders in the PSS Reporting & Analytics team to disseminate best practices within metrics and systems utilized by the team
  • Works closely with Enterprise Systems to ensure health, stability, and quality of production level PSS data systems and tools. 
  • Develop a high performing team by managing and leading team members. Hire talented Individuals, train, mentor, recognize, and develop for career enhancement and direction
  • Creates a team where employees are involved, empowered, and committed to the success of the company

Manager, Quality & Performance Reporting

Leads team of analysts in the development of measurement strategies and delivery of reporting for all elements of overall team performance, individual productivity, outcome quality, and process/systems compliance for the all units of the Pricing Execution, Sales Support, and Sourcing (PSS) organization.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to continuously enhance and standardize reporting on key operational and strategic metrics across all of PSS
  • Leads, coach and develop team of analysts to provide proactive, value-added analysis with actionable insights and solutions to key business leaders
  • Perform detailed analysis to identify trends, operational issues and exceptions to drive improvement in operations and customer experience
  • Participates in the review, interpretation and analysis of key indicators, benchmark data and other management reports to assist management in evaluating the performance of operations.
  • Directs team to improve communication, relevance and accuracy of compliance reporting and contract, process, and data system audits.
  • Lead development of monthly presentation packages from PSS business units for monthly operating review with Senior Executives.
  • Ensure rigorous quality control over PSS data, analyses, and metrics through effective processes, procedures, and data integrity reports.

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, statistics, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 5-7 years equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to establish and sustain strong business relationships and effectively prioritize business needs.
  • Experience with structuring and drawing insight from advanced modeling techniques including time series analysis, regression, and predictive analysis using a statistical languages (i.e., R, Python, Minitab, SAS)
  • Experience structuring datasets for analysis including integrating various resources utilizing SQL and Teradata data warehouse / data labs. 
  • Experience with designing multi-level and interactive data visualizations leveraging data visualization applications (i.e., SAP BOBJ, Tableau, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience communicating evidence and results of analysis to varied audiences
  • Ability to effectively solve problems and make sound decisions in-line with overall business objectives
  • Track record of leading exceptional teams with focus on developing talent in skill and career progression
