Manager of Strategy
GoHealth is looking for a Manager of Strategy supporting three call centers to work with the company’s operational leadership team to help guide the company’s day-to-day, and long-term operational success. Projects will span across the company’s operational units and functions, with a focus on using analytics and business insights to identify high-impact opportunities and determine the optimal approach to capture them. Based on the individual’s personal interests and performance, they will be deployed into and may eventually receive the opportunity to step into leadership in one of GoHealth’s growing functions or business units.

Responsibilities:
- Builds strong internal cross-functional relationships across Technology, HR, Call Center Program Leaders, Operations Leaders, and Account Management to understand partner needs/requirements and help translate that strategic direction into actionable projects
- In partnership with Program and Account Management, supports the implementation of any new programs under GoHealth’s various business units
- In partnership with Account Management and Call Center Performance teams, orchestrates the ongoing delivery of operational processes such as reporting, telephony, quality, training, Workforce Management, Licensing, and other day-to-day updates associated with all existing programs
- Supports and manages large, complex technical initiatives such as migrations or integrations
- Works collaboratively with other teams and departments
- Holds self and others accountable
- Actively seeks out new performance improvement initiatives
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement
Skills and Experience:
- BA or BS degree with 3-5 years of work experience, preferably with a top-tier management consulting, venture capital, or private equity firm
- Understanding of foundational business concepts (e.g., EBITDA, market segmentation) and the primary KPIs/levers associated with each
- Strong analytical capabilities with a passion for providing innovative and impactful insights through modeling and data analysis
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to drive forward impactful changes
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
- Superior change management and leadership skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Interest and passion for continuous improvement and leveraging the expertise of other team members
- Strong ability to build high trust relationships with leaders at all levels
- Own end-to-end work streams, from strategic assessment through proposal creation, internal approval, negotiation, execution, and ongoing management
- Create new processes that support businesses by decreasing costs, increasing efficiency, and reducing cycle time
