Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• If you know Pivot tables, VLookups and Index that is a huge plus
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills and technical writing skills
• General understanding of data analytics and has database management knowledge
• Be able to articulate to Senior Management and other internal employees CRM and Data trends, needs, and changes.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Work extremely well in a high paced, rapidly growing, high energy business
