The Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for helping deliver products and services that drive value for the customer. This role is responsible for executing merchandising campaigns across all traffic channels - especially in email, desktop, and mobile. Working closely with our Merchandising Specialists, you will be a crucial part of ensuring we are communicating effectively with our customers and providing them with a seamless shopping experience.

You’ll spend time on the following:

• You will provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly email performance reports to leadership
• You will coordinate the execution of site promotions and optimize email landing pages
• You will execute both proactive and reactive tasks based on evolving customer shopping needs and compliance
• You will build out email creation files and curate inventory for daily emails
• Protect the customer experience 24/7 by reacting to item status changes in real time
• Submit Freshdesk tickets for weekly campaigns

We’re excited if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• You're a whiz when it comes to Microsoft Office products like Office and Excel
• We'd love it if you brought experience with Tableau and SQL (Structured Query Language) to the table
• You're nimble and adaptive to change in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills
• Bonus points awarded for experience in the ecommerce industry
