ROLE

Vital Proteins is looking for an ERP Specialist/Business Systems Analyst with a strong manufacturing background and extensive knowledge of ERP systems, NetSuite strongly preferred. Working under the direction of the IT Project Manager, the ERP Specialist/Business Systems Analyst leads the analysis, functional design, implementation, training, support and maintenance of the ERP System for the long-term success of the company. This role will report directly to the Chief of Technology Officer and operate out of the West Loop office.  

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Conduct requirements sessions, perform application capability analysis, assess end-to-end system impacts and provide functional design.
• Manage and perform integration and end-to-end system testing of NetSuite and third-party components.
• Support functional aspects of the app and provide assistance/support to users.
• Develop, document and maintain NetSuite customization and interfaces.
• Resolve issues and develop business solutions working with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and IT.
• Manage, document and maintain NetSuite customization and interfaces.
• Resolve issues and develop business solutions working with Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance and IT.
• Responsible for maintaining and refreshing sandbox environment.
• Design, develop and maintain queries and reports.

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems 
• Minimum 5 years of testing and business analyst experience 
• Four year degree in IT-related field preferred. 
• Excellent planning, mapping, and communication skills combined with user interaction skills 
• Understanding of ERP Processes: Accounting/Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, Fulfillment, CRM and Supply Chain. 
• Experience with SQL and Reporting Tools. 
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. 
• Highly self-motivated and directed. 
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to create NetSuite workflows and scripts is an added plus
