Operations Analyst - Compliance
GoHealth’s Legal Team is seeking an operations analyst to help support our Compliance Department with analytics knowledge to develop and maintain reporting and provide strategic insights from various data sets. Because of the dynamic nature of this role, we are looking for creative candidates with the ability to obtain logical insights from a variety of business contexts.

Responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate data to track project performance and important developments
- Test hypotheses across data sets using measurable, statistical methods to evaluate best performing strategies
- Summarize raw data into digestible and applicable information
- Provide new insights to business leaders through a combination of descriptive and diagnostic analytics
- Think of new ways that data-based analysis can help support GoHealth
- Report findings to our clients and partner with the business units to effectuate change predicated on data insights
- Perform other opportunities as assigned
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in business, economics, finance, accounting, statistics, or computer science
- 1-3 years of related work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions)
- Clear communication; both orally and written (business writing skills preferred)
- Experience conveying complex concepts to colleagues with varying degrees of analytical knowledge
- Desire to expand analytical and data visualization skills
