GoHealth is looking for an insightful Strategy Operations Analyst to help us make better sales and marketing decisions to ensure that customers who need health insurance get covered. You will gather data and create sales and enrollment reporting statistics. You will use data to help develop recommendations that increase efficiency for our 2,000+ team of sales agents. You will demonstrate an understanding of data gathering processes using different sources, analysis, trend identification and report development. Join our growing team! You will report to the Manager of Operations Strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Extract and transform raw data from several databases into meaningful and useful information to ensure more engaging, tactical, and operational insights
• Create sales agent headcount forecasting and production modeling
• Work with the Sales team to interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings for executive leadership
• Support ownership for operations processes, gaining an understanding of the work flow including the systems that support it
• Analyze existing work flow and improve efforts
• Troubleshoot problems with daily data-feeds within programs and reports
• Create accurate reports by established deadlines and on an ad-hoc basis
• Other responsibilities may be assigned to support our sales team

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors’ degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science 
• 1+ years experience in strategy or consulting
• Experience in operations or operations management
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (manipulating large sets of raw data, complex formulas, modeling) required
• Autonomous with the ability to work with a team
• Project management and able to adapt changing needs
• Experience conveying solutions and issues to all levels of management
