We are looking for great talent to join our team as a Replenishment Services Administrator.  This role is the initial line of contact for the Central Replenishment Department with the responsibility for ensuring constant communication across all channels, addressing issues, performing research as requested, and providing support for the Replenishment Operations team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Document and process incoming calls or e-mails from the local Operations teams, Customer Care, vendors or other stakeholders
• Provide solutions for stakeholders by pulling information from Peapod’s WMS or buying systems
• Work closely with multiple departments including Merchandising, QA, and Inventory Management to address issues
• Transform incoming data and other forms of information into ready-to-use data for the Buying team
• Provide information daily to the local Operations teams; i.e. daily reports and forecasting information
• Address specific customer-related buying issues with the Customer Care department
• Send out cycle count requests to local Operations teams based on out-of-stock reports or other findings

Desired Qualifications:

• Computer usage and efficiency  
• Internship experience within Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Replenishment
• Inventory or Replenishment Experience  
• Retail and/or Supply Chain Experience
• ERP or forecasting experience e.g. SAP, ORACLE

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
