Role Description:
This role leverages subject matter expertise in the design and delivery of various learning and development solutions and is responsible for developing and delivering solutions that maximize Oak Street's talent. This individual should be a dynamic, energetic trainer who builds relationships quickly and is passionate about working in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
Core Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create training and development solutions such as classroom learning material, e-learning modules, job aids, and other resources
Deliver live training (in person and remote) that is interactive, dynamic, and engaging
Leverage best practices such as learning principles to maximize the value and impact of training and development solutions
Build and leverage relationships with internal stakeholders to understand changes in the business and shifting training needs
Conduct learning needs analysis across internal client groups to inform learning plans, clarify key learning objectives, and create solutions
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive team member awareness and completion of key learning programs
Monitor and evaluate trainings and learning programs to gauge effectiveness (e.g., attendance, e-learning completion, post-course feedback surveys)
Curate and maintain learning materials to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate

What are we looking for?
We're looking for motivated professionals with:
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Experience conducting needs analysis to diagnose problems and ensure that proper solutions are chosen
Excellent facilitation / presentation skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities to ensure timely delivery
2 years of experience as a training associate or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience building and delivering training and/or learning and development programs
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in instructional design, industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, or related fields
US work authorization
