The Sr Director of Data Platforms will be responsible for supporting sales teams, presenting our products, interacting with external analysts on product solutions as well as developing GTM strategies for PeopleCloud Data Platforms. They will identify market requirements that help shape the vision for innovative and differentiated products within Epsilon Peoplecloud SaaS product portfolio and help guide product marketing messaging.
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address gaps between current capabilities and what is needed for market alignment of Epsilon's Peoplecloud CDP & Clean Room vision. Examples include:
    • Evangelize and further develop our industry leading CDP & Clean Room products as the building block for "personalization at scale"
    • Assess market needs of International and/or middle-market opportunities
  • Help develop product positioning and external messaging to support the PeopleCloud Data Platforms strategic direction: website, pitch materials, product demonstration, analyst engagement and other SME thought leadership activities across the practices:
    • Work with analysts and clients to collect feedback about our platforms
    • Support the creation of visually appealing content
    • Develop strong competitive differentiation for our products
  • Work with marketing, product, sales, client services, finance and Groupe agencies & partners to ensure that information flows up, down, across and within the practices and other departments to invite innovation and collaboration
    • Evangelize our product positioning across the organization
    • Refine and/or develop training materials in support of new vision
  • Advise and influence senior leadership and business executives on key business decisions and major change initiatives.
  • Work to help drive strategy and process improvements needed to support and evolve as things change
  • Work directly with the business leaders to establish goals and objectives; prioritize projects to ensure resources are appropriately applied to achieve established goals
  • Oversee and identify market trends, best practices, and new solutions that should be considered and/or applied
  • Communicate our offerings to prospective clients and help articulate the value of our solutions - how they drive business outcomes for clients.


Requirements:

  • 10 years relevant work experience in the digital/marketing product domain, with strong emphasis around CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) or Clean Room data platforms
  • Knowledge of Email Marketing or Loyalty solutions is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related Business discipline required, MBA is a plus
  • Must have experience in Marketing industry/domain; a background in product marketing is ideal
  • Expertise in presentation building as well as strong technical "storytelling" with ability to communicate product alignment
  • Deep understanding of our business space (research, public blogs, reading, analyst relationships)
  • Ability to communicate, manage and report on critical performance metrics on a regular basis
  • Proven success influencing and working effectively across marketing and company functional groups
