POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Integration Analyst will be responsible for executing & delivering on data work for Implementation & Ongoing clients. The Senior Integration Analyst is a subject matter expert in bswift data needs including initial data conversion, ongoing data import processes, automated data execution processes to verify and maintain data integrity. They will be responsible to for data execution for testing and production rounds and consult with business colleagues on solutions.

Fundamental Components:
- Consistently reflect our core values of higher standards, greater accountability, and more fun to bswift associates, clients, and partners
- Work with the Integration Leader to manage the data integration project for our clients by developing a repeatable process for a project's life cycle through Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and provide status updates to the Integration Leader on conversion progress and/or issues
- Manage data project timelines, project status, open items log and relevant project documents with the Integration Leader and for our bswift Implementation team
- Manage client and carrier/vendor expectations, anticipating possible issues and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates to the Integration Leader
- Responsible for understanding all details of ongoing demographic, and data conversion for our client implementations
- Verifying ongoing data integrity through the development of automated data audit processes
- Perform analysis and coordinate the conversion development by developing the process using SQL-based scripts to meet client deliverables
- Develop ongoing demographic full/change & payroll full/change test plans by working with the Integration Leader
- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks
- Responsible for consulting clients on best practices, industry standards, and process changes to achieve client goals. Maintain upkeep on internal best practices documentation with joint effort from the team
- Act as a coach and mentor for data/payroll solutions
- Overall accountability for success of projects

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
- 1-3 years of demonstrated SQL knowledge
- 1-3 years of project/program/process management experience
- 1-3 years of data interpretation and analysis experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
