Provi is looking for a Sr. Manager of Insights & Analytics to manage a team (Player/Coach) that performs analytics and provides intelligence and recommendations to solve business issues with business partners.

What you’ll be doing

Responsible for providing thought leadership & strategic thinking to solve business problems by leveraging techniques such as customer segmentation, optimization and advanced analytics

Conducts analyses including to identify trends, variations, patterns, and insights on the Provi marketplace.

Querying data and creating data visualization dashboards on key business metrics. 

Develop the right data models/architecture, query optimization and automation, ETL and data governance frameworks

Presents findings from analyses and makes recommendations to leadership. 

Manage a team of quantitative analysts and will be responsible for ensuring the team stays motivated and engaged.

Recruit, train, coach and develop talent to their full potential with exceptional quantitative/analytical competencies, as well as project management skill and leadership skills. 

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or related field

Preferred 5+ years Quantitative/Analytics/Data Science role leading analytics at scale or related

Preferred 1+ years People leadership experience managing a team of analysts 

Expert in SQL 

Experience with advanced analytics tools such as Python and R

Strong experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau & Domo

Performed data engineering responsibilities such as ELTs and data schema creation.

Experience in GitHub 

Previous experience in high growth startups is a plus

Prior experience in marketplace business is a plus.

Detailed oriented individual who is highly motivated and passionate about using data to make better business decisions.
