We seek a seasoned a Senior Research Analyst who will be responsible for learning all aspects of research design, execution and delivery.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and communicate insights and opportunities regarding consumer and market trends, competitive forces, and competitor strategies, within Financial Services and Insurance industries.
  • Identify market and consumer trends, and illustrate data in an informative, yet creative display, in reports and presentations that address business issues and offer insight and direction for clients.
  • Engage with clients by presenting insights in-person, over the phone, and via webinar.
  • Work collaboratively across the research team to continually elevate insights and provide relevant and timely content. 
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for a variety of long and short term projects.
  • Prepare custom analysis and insight for clients and customize deliverables to fit client needs using original research, library of pre-published content and external research resources.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, new market entries, client acquisition and retention approaches, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of Financial Services, Health Care, Insurance, Direct Marketing experience is preferred
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or other relevant sales management and tracking tools
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to analyze multiple sets of data and write concise, insightful analysis
  • Strong ability to synthesize data and “tell stories” as it relates to key competitive insights
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals/targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and manage time effectively
  • Superior client relationship management skills
  • Expertise in product knowledge and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree is preferred
