Responsible for the overall support of the Service Delivery Management Team which ensures the most appropriate level of services are provided to Shared Services Technology application owners and managers by supporting ad-hoc CIO requests, controls, governance, production stability process improvements and other key project activities.

Detailed Description -

  1. Coordinates and organizes some or all activities of a project and/or ad-hoc initiative requests. Identifies, defines, and completes activities.
  2. Creates timetables and monitors progress toward completion.
  3. Interviews and collects data from internal partners and clients. Analyzes and recommends improvement plans.
  4. Gathers facts, defines problems, and prepares documentation regarding specific processes and procedures within a business unit(s).
  5. Prepares written documentation to support project status and decisions. Writes procedures and trains staff on new processes and/or systems.
  6. Promotes the project by speaking at various meetings, committees, and participates in working groups. Coordinates communication materials for the project.
  7. Prepares and presents status reports for management such as measurement reporting, process improvement results, and goals of a project.
  8. Identifies reporting needs resulting from a new system or process changes.
  9. Interacts with all levels in functional and system support areas in developing project activities.
  10. Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
  11. Actively participate in Change Review process with the goal to facilitate, once trained.
  12. Assist with overseeing Department's vulnerabilities.
  13. Assist with overseeing Department's audits and audit issues.
  14. Support application EOL (End of Life) initiative which includes understanding and documenting all applications and associated EOL components; ensuring forecasts are complete; producing monthly reports showing requested vs actual spend; proactively working with teams to ensure they have a valid plan in place

Qualifications -

1-2 years related work experience in functional area or project related experience in IT with a willingness to learn is required.

Organizational and analytical skills are required to monitor project plans and review reports.

Knowledge of daily processing functions in a specific area, usually acquired through prior related experience, is required to coordinate activities.

Knowledge of system capabilities is required to develop project activities.

Proficient skills in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Power BI a plus.
