Job Duties
Sr. Managers for Chicago, IL location. Lead Cloud related activities including implementation, sprint deployments, integrations with peer systems, day-to-day support and software product upgrades. Support on premise and cloud Oracle Applications or similar ERP. Provide technical and functional solutions to users, modify and document processes, streamline system integrations, trouble shoot system and data issues. Perform enterprise-wide real-time data integration. Oversee cloud patching and release strategies, and implementation. Test new functionalities and develop reports. Provide operational leadership, management of Oracle Application support and project teams. Manage software enhancements, companywide workflow processes, bug fixes. Manage client communications and expectations. Manage IT staff. Technical Environment: Oracle Platforms (Accounts Receivable (A/R), Order Management, Service Contracts) on premise and cloud or similar ERP, Oracle Business Intelligence or similar; PaaS, Agile, Waterfall.
Qualifications
*Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any Engineering field plus three years of experience in the job offered or with software development required. Required Skills: Experience with Oracle Platforms (A/R, Order Management, Service Contracts) on premise and cloud or similar ERP, BI, PaaS; operational leadership, management of Oracle Application support and project team, management of software enhancements, bug fixes; demonstrated experience with enterprise-wide real-time data integration, cloud patching, release strategies, implementation. Excellent communication skills. (*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any Engineering field plus five years of progressive experience in the job offered with software development also acceptable.)
