Role Description:
As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for the quality of our products. You will be in charge of developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. You will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the minimum quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving abilities. You must be able to interpret and implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to colleagues.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Product Quality: You will ensure the quality of each product by thoroughly testing each user story.
  • Collaborate with Teams: You will be responsible for contributing in team meetings by giving your recommendations for user testing. Your communication will be an essential part of your role. You will be responsible for working alongside the Product and Engineering Teams.
  • Develop and Execute Test Plans: You will develop test plans based on product requirements and execute your test plans to ensure the quality of the product.
  • Review User Stories: You will participate in reviewing user stories and ensuring that the requirements are clear enough to develop your test plans.
  • Provide User Support: You will help with support tickets to identify, document, and triage defects. Through your expertise, you will identify the cause of the defect and the work needed to fix it.
  • Other duties as assigned .

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2+ years in a Quality Assurance role
  • Experience in setting up test datasets for regression testing
  • Preferred experience:
    • 1+ years healthcare related experience
    • Automation Testing using Selenium or Cypress
    • Agile Environment and Scrum master role

  • Ability to proactively identify solutions to problems and know how to partner with the right people to get things done.
  • A data driven mindset, believing the best way to truly understand the impact of products is through data. Through partnership with analytics team members, ability to design the necessary mechanisms for evaluating the success of each project.
  • Ability to effectively articulate challenging concepts in both written and verbal modalities. From emails to formal presentations, you can tailor your messaging to the appropriate audience to ensure complete understanding.
  • Ability to efficiently context switch between multiple projects allowing you to take on several initiatives concurrently. You leverage your understanding of business needs to prioritize your daily work for impact with limited oversight.
  • Someone who:
    • Works well with cross-functional stakeholders at the most senior levels. You act as a bridge between engineering and business leaders to translate complex topics to the domain of your audience and drive strategic decisions.
    • Puts themselves in the shoes of users in order to design products that meet their needs while solving the business problem. Ability to empathize with a diverse array of users and partners ensures that the solutions you design will deliver outsized value to the team.
    • Seeks out new opportunities for knowledge development and growth, and knows how to ask the right questions to solve the problem at hand.
