WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Territory Analyst will be responsible for driving coordination across regional sales leadership to ensure the strategic allocation of resources to fuel revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, the Territory Analyst, will leverage internal and external tools to identify high-propensity accounts that fit Braze’s ideal customer profile. The Territory Analyst must be a self-starter who has a passion for data, technology and process development.
Responsibilities:
- Work in close partnership with sales leadership to craft new sales territories and ensure equitable allocation of accounts across sellers
- Strategize with regional management to build frameworks for identifying the best possible sales territory and accounts
- Improve internal and external tools and data sources to identify high-propensity accounts
- Collaborate internally with Business Development, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to optimize process to align to sales objectives
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM Account data
WHO YOU ARE
- 2-3 year of work experience in a b2b SaaS sales or operations environment\
- Ability to partner with sales and balance multiple partnerships within the Braze go-to-market organization
- Comfortable working in some ambiguity and proactive enough to help build new strategic frameworks
- Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Tableau a plus
- Ability to “manage up” and have difficult conversations with senior partners when necessary
