You are primarily passionate about: vendor management, performance monitoring, reporting and analysis, process improvement, and risk identification. Additionally, you will focus efforts on improving the overall health of their assigned accounts by building short and long term performance plans, as well as implementing new and improved reporting initiatives.

You’ll spend time on the following:

  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure success against Groupon’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Build new and update existing reports and tools designed to provide operational insight to many different teams

  • Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and executing initiatives designed to improve vendor performance and ensure vendor compliance

  • Provide timely and accurate dispute resolution that identify core issues to resolve them and prevent them from happening in the future

  • Build organized compliance partnerships with teams across the Goods organization including: fulfillment, merchandising, freight, customer service, inventory management, and analytics

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • 2-4 years in a professional business setting; logistics/supply chain, fulfillment/distribution or similar operations role strongly preferred

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; ability to extract data from database systems strongly preferred (i.e. SQL, Python, Hive)

  • Bonus points for experience with Tableau

  • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions, take appropriate actions, and drive projects and tasks to completion

  • Strong focus on customer service and driving change within the organization that put the customer first

  • Professionally skilled in personal presentation as well as verbal and written communication

  • Organized and detail oriented

We’re enabling real-time commerce across an expanding range of categories including local businesses, travel destinations, consumer products, and live or lively events. At the same time, we are providing advertising options and tools that merchants can use to grow and manage their businesses. Culturally, we believe that great people make great companies and that starting with the customer and working backward moves us forward. Community matters to us on an internal, local and global scale—it’s fundamental to our company’s growth and to the well-being of the world at large.
