  • Configure and implement system upgrades and enhancements, lead testing and data validation, and ensure that business process mapping and overall system performance is aligned with our objectives
  • Work closely with People Operations team and business partners to provide ongoing Workday support, project management, and training ( focus in first 12 months: further train/enable our People team & to our business managers)
  • Workday data integrity via structure review, audits, and EIB processing
  • Process and workflow design for major E2E business processes
  • Ideally you have some experience in an HR Operations role (US) so you can help to cover our Operations team when needed

  • 3+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant, Implementer, or Analyst
  • Strong understanding of the Workday system design, structure, and administration is required
  • Strong experience building the Workday ecosystem from implementation to maturity is ideal (feature configuration, testing, go-live, maintenance, and issue resolution)
  • Experience working with Core HCM & Security, and at least one additional functional area: Comp/Adv. Comp, Absence, or Talent and Performance. Some experience across the board would be great but it’s not essential if you are happy to learn. Workday certifications are a plus
  • Excellent Project management skills
  • See challenges as an opportunity for success versus obstacles to overcome
  • Strong ethical compass & ready to act with integrity
  • Sense of humor
