Become an Associate Creative Manager at a fast-growing FinTech company, a highly energized playground where brilliant minds come together to help local restaurants grow, while partnering with some of the biggest loyalty programs in the world. We use data-driven insights to guide our work, but we also believe in a healthy dose of spirited storytelling as we strive to transform the marketing landscape. As an Associate Creative Manager, you are a project owner, team leader, and a master of digital craft. You push teams and their projects to new heights. You are a risk taker and creative innovator. You can spot issues before they turn into problems and work collaboratively with stakeholders and personnel at all levels.

You should be able to shift gears between long-term projects, short-term requests, and last-minute challenges. You should be confident in pitching your ideas, whether they are practical or absolutely off-the-wall. Our company organization is pretty flat, so you should be comfortable working with everyone from designers to developers and market researchers to our CEO. If you strive to be the central leader of an interdisciplinary creative team while surrounding yourself with people that share the same passion for design, UX, and exploration, please keep reading!

  • Protect the integrity of the brands we champion through consistent design decisions and strong collaboration with other departments and their leadership
  • Manage the process of moving marketing projects along, from kick-off to going live according to the project brief and timelines, while working closely with business owners and marketing specialists to help establish, maintain, and adjust project timelines
  • Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring all necessary information is provided to begin work on a deliverable
  • Utilize established resources, tools, processes, and techniques while identifying new options that the team would benefit from
  • Identify potential workflow efficiencies within the team and across departments
  • Drive strategic brainstorming sessions and direct creative execution that creates best-in-class UX/creative and exceeds the project’s objectives
  • Help sell the team’s ideas in creative presentations
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, as weekend and extended workdays are sometimes necessary
  • Collaborate with your team members—marketing managers, copywriters, designers, and developers—as well as multiple departments ranging from sales to legal, to consistently deliver polished, award-worthy work
  • Lead by example—get into the trenches with the creative team

Who you are:
