We are seeking a leadership-minded, passionate and data-driven Creative Manager to set the creative vision across digital, web, video, emails and social communications. As our Creative Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic creative decisions across marketing channelsYou will partner closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all marketing channels deliver high-quality work that speaks to our brand and drives customer engagement. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain dynamic brand and creative guidelines that ensure all marketing communications consistently represent our brand identity 
  • Establish the strategic brand, tone of voice and creative approach across our marketing and sales channels, that delivers on customer acquisition and engagement KPI’s 
  • Drive evolution in the brand’s visual identity, culminating in an elevated, forward thinking expression of the brand 
  • Provide content and copywriting guidance to ensure messaging aligns with creative and brand strategy 
  • Seamlessly represent brand essence by working cross-functionally with internal Creative, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure consistency and quality of brand experience at every touch point 
  • Provide leadership within the creative team by defining brand direction, reviewing creative work and giving strategic feedback 
  • Utilize data to continually evolve creative and messaging to deliver on KPI’s 
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques 

Requirements: 

  • 10+ years’ experience in creative marketing (design, art, digital) or related 
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or related field 
  • Experience with international marketing campaigns required 
  • Experience working within financial services or trading is highly desirable 
  • Expertise in digital marketing creative best practices for delivering customer-focused communications that grab/earn the customer’s attention 
  • Ability to drive innovation and brand distinction while executing creative work within scope, time, and budget restraints 
  • Expertise in holistic digital engagement across all channels, platforms, and devices – especially mobile 
  • Marketing agency experience and/or a combination of in-house/client-side experience 
  • Expert level experience in working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
