Prevail is looking for a Creative Manager! We are excited about the opportunity to change the way that individuals access mental health and wellness programs – which is no easy task!

Prevail is seeking a Creative Manager to take a lead role in helping shape our design process and execution related to interactive content production. This is a high growth position for an experienced and passionate designer/ motion graphics expert to take the reins on Prevail’s creative direction. This is an ideal opportunity for a designer seeking an opportunity to reach the next level, the role provides the opportunity to expand into becoming Prevail's Head of Programs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing user experience research, testing, design operations, as well as effective interactive content production. You will help lead the team in creating and enhancing the interactive programs for our iPrevail.com and VetsPrevail.org platforms.  This role reports to the Product Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Organize a creative process that fosters collaboration, productivity and positivity that will empower a growing design team
• Create exceptional design materials across Prevail’s multi-disciplinary teams, from product to interactive production to marketing
• Partner with leadership to organize product vision and core metrics
• Ensure we discover and understand our users and the problems they are trying to solve, then integrate that shared understanding into the team
• Define the human-centered operations in design and ensure the creation and delivery of great user experiences quickly and predictably
• Maintain and advance Prevail's design workflow, including style guides and extremely high-quality standards
• Continuously improve the experience for users, both visually and by measurable user outcomes
• Specifically, we are looking for a candidate that will:
  • Own the creative direction of all assets (apps, websites, marketing and associated materials)
  • Own the CMS roadmap, and take program creation to next level

Qualifications:

• You are a pragmatic thinker who understands outcomes and can empower and manage a creative team
• You have experience collaborating with product teams and driving ideas through execution and delivery
• 1-3 years of UX design and/or motion graphics experience on a fast-paced, mission-oriented team
• Design team management experience a plus
• You have a track record of designing exception products that deliver a high-quality user experience
• Ability to work in a small organization that is outcomes-based, and have a start-up mentality
• You have strong written and oral communication skills to communicate clearly across multi-functional teams to foster and develop confidence and buy-in to initiatives
