The Digital Marketing Front-End Developer will contribute to our company’s initiatives by rapidly developing and deploying digital marketing solutions while working closely with and reporting to the Director of Product. Our Digital Marketing Front-End Developer will be responsible for and manage all front-end visual design, development, and support of digital marketing communications, including websites and microsites, landing pages, apps, email, and other initiatives as needed.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced and agile environment and embracing continual innovation and optimization. S/he will have a keen attention to detail and the ability to take ideas all the way from concept to execution. The Role:

• Design responsive marketing web properties and elements, convert to HTML/CSS, and if possible, make them dynamic with JavaScript
• Build digital advertising campaigns, landing pages, and emails
• Manage and improve digital marketing assets and resource center
• Collaborate with marketing teammates, senior management, and other project stakeholders to accomplish project goals
• Work with back-end web developers to implement and troubleshoot
• Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• Keep web properties up-to-date with emerging technologies and SEO principles

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven ability to design layouts, box-models, etc, and write responsive front-end code
• Solid grasp of HTML/CSS - JavaScript and templating languages like Jinja are very nice to have as well
• Strong design sense, with an ability to implement designs into development precisely and consistently across a wide range of devices
• Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems
• Organizational, project management and time management skills
• Strong communicator and team member
• Up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry
