About the Role: 

The Marketing Team is looking for a creative, driven, and tech-savvy graphic designer to support our daily content needs. In this role, you will report to the CMO working closely with the product and sales teams to design visually stunning and branded projects for emails, landing pages, social media, video, events, and various other content initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create digital sales and marketing assets such as website media and updates, email campaigns, landing pages, social media, infographics, eBooks, videos, blog posts, presentations and more 
  • Offer creative solutions to elevate the company’s brand and foster differentiation and growth
  • Given a creative brief, create compelling layouts through excellent use of typography, color, and photography that reflects the brand and speak to our target audiences
  • Stay up to date on social and digital updates and innovations - adapt and innovate as necessary
  • Work efficiently under fast-paced deadlines, proactively getting briefs with feedback to be clear on the direction and minimize rounds of revisions
  • Format various presentation decks, reports and one-pagers for sales, executives, and special events
  • Use business goals and brand strategy to design digital assets for web, social, and email to drive consumer acquisition and engagement
  • Present concepts and designs for collaboration with internal and external business partners within deadlines

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Advanced expertise in graphic design as it applies to web / digital media
  • Proven ability to create new designs that solve communication and brand objectives 
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment (to include project planning, scoping, sizing and ongoing project cost tracking and reporting, with a high attention to detail)
  • Ability to review project quality with adherence to brand requirements and business objectives 
  • Creative judgment and understanding of layout, illustration and photography requirements
  • Advanced skill in professional graphic design software 
  • Marketing automation, video editing, web content management software and html knowledge a plus

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
  • 3-5 years of graphic design experience
  • 1+ years of B2B digital marketing experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Proficient in Adobe CC PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects or Premiere Pro
  • Proficient in HTML and WordPress
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline
